no matter what each person's temperament is, we all have a choice whether to be affected by it or not.
it can be a frustrating issue, or as simple as being taunted or teased.
sometimes we get riled up by small things like being called names, or we couldn't be bothered with larger problems like an impossible project group member.
either way, the best solution is to just smile at it; be it the situation, the ass who conjured up the problem, or the tauntings.
well, of course sometimes the vengeful streak surfaces and you feel like making the person pay ten-fold of what you went through.
not to mention that revenge is the best psychological cuisine, ever.
but still, not rising up to whatever threat thrown at you but instead supplying a "thank you very much" with a grin in return is the best reply to slam it back in the antagonist's face.
and the result is just as satisfying as full-blown revenge.
i have no idea why i'm babbling all these.. haha..
it's been a while since i've had any anger outbursts. mostly i just leave it to be. didn't even bother to place any snide remarks anymore.
oh, and the thing with nicknames is just childish.
it's just a nickname, as long as there isn't any crude or vulgar meanings to it, it's fine already.
don't understand why people can get so pissed with nicknames.
and i still don't know why i'm babbling all these.

one presentation down, one more project and presentation to go.
the ass who invented high heels should be shoot.
wait, the person should be very dead by now.
that freak should be revived and then fed to the sharks.
walking around for six hours on a pair of 7cm (OMG! i didn't know it was that high!) heels is sufficient enough to constitute murder.
not to mention my newly acquired 4 blisters on my feet. 3 on the left one and the last on my right foot.
we are still very pissed about that ass in our project group.
so going to have a heart-to-heart chat with our tutor tomorrow.

why didn't we get any hardworking, logical, neat, meticulous, intelligent china students in our group?
why did that damn weirdo have to add in so many redundant information on our report?
why am i always the group member who stays up the latest the last few nights prior to project submission day, proof reading and editing all the crap that the girl in charge of it didn't bother to do?
so much for guilt tripping myself by thinking i wasn't contributing enough.
it wasn't that i don't.
it's just that i only do that like, one or two days before we need to hand it in, rushing the final report hours into midnight.
felt like julia and i did most of the work.
yeah well, weirdo did do much of the write up but he put in too much rubbish for me to consider what quality he managed to squeeze in there.

second post of the day.
my sister gave me a small sample pack of wood's peppermint lozenges that she most probably got from last night's NDP preview that ngee ann primary 5 kids always attended (almost like a ritual).
11 year-old kids don't really have all that money to buy sweets for their elder sisters all the time anyways.
"since you're having a sore throat, you can have the whole pack."
most of the time natural behaviour deems it obliging for me to rain sarcasm while teasing and taunting my sister.
rare occasions finds it necessary for me to be nice. birthday presents, christman presents, my silent promise to get her a new school bag once she graduates from primary school.
other times like this stops my torrent of sarcastic teasing and be grateful for her 11 year-old innocence.
i think i'll save the lozenges for after dinner.
haven't blogged for 8 days.
trying to come up with crap questions for my operations management survey section of our appendices.
pestering ky to pick a kind of earphones that she would prefer for her birthday present.
can't convince her that the grey laptop pouch looks nicer than black ones.
says she dirties things easy. oh well.
julia hasn't replied my sms yet. zx's working on the final report and i need to hurry up my part of the report.
kept guilt-tripping myself that i didn't contribute enough for projects this time.
susan has been MIA (missing-in-action) since the start of project work.
says she has fever. fever can be easily cured, no?
mine was fine after 2 days. only thing is that i've been coughing for more than 1 week already and i can still feel the phlegm lodged on my throat, refusing to come out.
maybe i should add to my anxiety list that we had only planned for our LSCM project but not done any physical work on it yet?
oh any among all these i still had the mood to go shopping.
well, there is a need for a new pair of heels, my old choir-worn court shoes fell apart.
literally.
there's a sale at U2. got 2 new tee-shirts at $26.
and then there is this new pair of shorts from Bossini.
the cashier knows me. she's from tp LOM too.
weird, i've never seen her before.
now i owe my mother $109 (heels + tee + shorts).
it's gonna be deducted from my allowance.
i am so going to starve for the next few months.
got laughed by my mother. says i walk stiffly on heels.
can't help that i'm not those who wear them 24/7, can i?
decided to wear my new heels around the house until my presentation day.
downstair neighbours are old and have trouble hearing, so says my mother.
let's hope they won't wonder about that weird cloking noise going on.
good gods, i have never worn any heel as high as my new ones.
hopefully i don't fall anytime soon.
or leave marks on my wood-carpeted floor.
i'm neglecting the lunch next to my laptop as i blog.
stomach is protesting.
